Clutch problem Defender TD4

Hi,
I'm new on the forum and I confess I logged in because I've got a problem.
I'm french, owner of a Defender 110 TD4 (2009, Puma) and living in Norway most winters.
I'm right now in Oksvoll (west of Trondheim) and was driving from Vesteralen and since 400km the clutch is making a weird sound and it's really difficult to change speed on the gear box . Not all the time, but more and more.
I'm very bad at mechanics, and english also (don't forget I'm french!).
If anyone have at first a good advise, It might help.
If anyone can help me around (as it's Easter and everything is closed), it might help more.
I'm supposed to drive as soon as possible to Rjukan in Telemark which is 700km plus.

Check level of fluid in reservoir.

Not far from Rjukan is Rødberg and Nore Auto.

I think you have the need for complete clutch change, sorry.
