Land Rover specialist needed in or around Leknes, Norway

Hi - I am doing a road trip in Norway in my Range Rover and I have two issues that I need to get repaired - can you recommend a specialist who would be able to undertake the repairs?

The car is in leknes - if need be I can drive to a specialist if there is none nearby.

The car is a 2007 Rangle Rover 4.2 supercharged petrol engined.

The issues are:

1) the oil cooler started to leak due to rust. A garage did a temporary repair but it needs to be replaced with a new one

2) the solenoid in the steering column is working intermittently and sometimes it doesn’t unlock the steering wheel, which means then there is no power to the car and it won’t start. so, this needs to replaced too

I would’ve most grateful if you can suggest where I can have the repairs undertaken. If need be I can bring the parts from the uk. I will be coming back mon 27th apr.
